#Italian #recipes are the best in the world. #Cheap and easy to prepare, Italian #cuisine remains my son's favourite food. And mine as well. Read below the 5 Italian foods you MUST try.

Pizza

Have you ever asked yourself why you love pizza? We love it because of #cheese. Yes! Cheese! Can you live without cheese? I can't! And there are so many toppings. You can choose whatever you want and you can still have a delicious #pizza. I used to make the dough in advance and I froze. It is cheaper and much quicker to make it. I found amazing pizza #recipes @www.bbc.co.uk/food/pizza.

Spaghetti

I love #spaghetti! It can be cooked with everything. And it's #kids friendly. It takes only a few minutes to boil some spaghetti and you just have to add some sauce. You can have spaghetti in #summer, #winter, any time. My son loves Spaghetti Bolognese. And where can you find a better recipe than from an Italian? Here is the quickest recipe that I have learnt from Gino.

Garlic Bread

“If your mother cooks Italian food, why should you go to a restaurant?”- Martin Scorsese

What can be easier to prepare than garlic bread? Even my son can make garlic bread. All you need is a baguette, olive oil, garlic, optional herbs. You can let your imagination free and add any #toppings you want. I add #mozzarella, #tomato or dried tomatoes. It is the perfect aperitive for #summer.

Lasagna

If you love #cheese and #pasta, than you must love #lasagna. It's an amazing combination of pasta and ragu (mince) and lots of cheese. I have always had trouble cooking lasagna. I just couldn't make the pasta properly. So, I have found an easier way to cook lasagna. Jaclyn from cooking classy has an amazing recipe for Lasagna Rolls Up. You definitely have to try it.

Minestrone Soup

Minestrone soup is the cheapest food you can prepare. You don't even need a recipe for this. You can prepare minestrone soup with any #vegetables you have in the fridge. You can add bacon, pasta or #rice. If you really need a recipe, Jamie Oliver has a lovely recipe and you can find it here.
